Review by hotel critic
Staying at Smitsstraat B&B was like stepping into a good storybook, reminiscent of the cozy homes I cherished in my childhood. The charm of the place enveloped me, with its warm atmosphere and inviting garden that beckoned for morning coffee al fresco. The owner, Mrs Nicolin, was a good host, crafting a tailored breakfast that was not only delicious but made me feel as if I were dining with family. Being a history teacher, I appreciate how accommodations can reflect local culture. Smitsstraat, nestled just a stone's throw from Eindhoven's heart, ensured that I could easily explore nearby attractions while relishing the serene escape it offered. the complimentary bicycle rental was a wonderful perk, allowing me to glide through the city at my leisure. For anyone looking for an authentic experience in the Netherlands, I wholeheartedly recommend Smitsstraat B&B-it's not just a place to stay, but a heartwarming retreat that feels like home.
